Badges work best with high-resolution PNG files for a crisp, clean print. Images can also be used for matching packaging like cardstock backing or tags.

Because all of our items are handmade and often custom, all sales are final.
However, I want you to love your order! If there is a problem due to damage during shipping or a mistake on my part, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll do my best to make it right.

I do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom preferences (scent, color, etc.) once an item is made.
Buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping information.
Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery are not eligible for replacement.
